Achievements
As a UX designer at Interlutions, I had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside the Miles Mobility team to develop a new subscription-based product. Through collaboration, meticulous user research, and wireframing we crafted an intuitive and seamless user experience that brought value to Miles Mobility and its customers. The project's success was a result of our collective efforts in aligning the product with business goals and ensuring a user-friendly design.

Challenges
The project came with its share of challenges, especially concerning the user experience. One major hurdle was managing a significant amount of information that needed to stay within the viewport without overwhelming the users. Striking the right balance between presenting essential details and avoiding clutter was critical. As well, designing a user-friendly category listing and checkout process while requesting a substantial amount of information from users posed another challenge. We needed to ensure the flow felt smooth and secure. Meeting these challenges required a thoughtful and strategic approach to create a seamless and reassuring user experience.

Process & My Role
I followed a systematic process to ensure a successful outcome. It began with understanding the requirements and goals set by Miles Mobility and the product owner. Then, I conducted extensive research to comprehend the target audience, their needs, and pain points. Armed with insights, I collaborated with the team to create wireframes and prototypes. The user-centric approach guided every decision, leading to an intuitive and seamless user experience. Throughout the project, close collaboration with the stakeholders played a crucial role in aligning the design with business objectives, resulting in a valuable and engaging subscription-based product for Miles customers.
